Is there any way I can transfer my 35MB movie clip by email or through internet? - clip on shades

I have a clip that I want to show my mother at home. It's a bit long and can be transferred from installations default e-mail. I do not want to put on YouTube and Facebook (I would like a personal video of the family, my friends do not want to see) Is it possible to do this?
