Does bone pain in a Lymphoma patiant mean it spread to the bone marrow(and more)? - lymphoma more condition_treatment

Do you have pain in the bones indicating lymphoma that cancer spreads in the bone marrow? Furthermore, no pain in the liver and the proliferation of Middle-earth spleen, liver and disseminated? If the pain behind the eyes means that the spread to the brain?
